Womenswear Department Manager – Barcelona Flagship Store

Open to relocators

Requirements:

• Spanish speaker or native Spanish professional eager to return home, plus fluent English
• Genuine expertise in Women’s Ready-to-Wear with strong product knowledge and styling sensibility, including hands-on experience in building and refining silhouettes. This expertise is essential, as you will be the go-to expert in the department and lead by example
• Minimum 2 years of strong managerial experience with full 360° responsibilities

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding clienteling and create an exceptional customer experience
• Lead and coach the team as a true “leader-coach” who actively trains and develops team members using effective management tools and proven examples of team growth
• Demonstrate strong business acumen, with proficiency in KPIs, sales action plans, and structured operational management
