A fast growing company dedicated to the luxury watches and jewelry sector is seeking to recruit a Watchmaker. Our customer is making their own branded watches and jewelry and is also a lifestyle Brand fusing captivating intensity with Swiss obession to detail, creating wearable pieces of art that become an integral part of the personality of their clients.
As a watchmaker reporting directly to the founder and CEO, your main responsibilities will be:
- The most essential part of the job is that each watch and jewelry piece is to be tested and analyzed for quality.
- Decide the type of repair required in the event of a problem with the item: whether it will be performed in-house, at an external service center, or returned to the supplier.
- To provide customer service, working at the repair desk at the company's main office located in the heart of Palma de Mallorca.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in watch repair and maintenance.
- Solid knowledge of customer service.
- Proficiency in laser engraving is essential for the position.
- Ability to work independently.
- Attention to detail.
- Residence in Mallorca.
- Positive attitude and good presence.

Valuable Requirements:
- Experience in handmade jewelry is a plus! This includes lengthening and shortening chains, setting stones, soldering, cutting, adjusting rings, etc.
- Knowledge of other languages will be highly valued.
Experience:
- At least two years of experience in both repair and sales with top-tier brands in the luxury watch and jewelry sector.
- Experience dealing with retailers.
Minimum Education: Specialized training in watchmaking.
Languages: Professional-level bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, both spoken and written. Regular and direct contact with the manager requires a high level of English (C1 or C2).
