Job SpecificationActively participate in the review of the financing agreements.Participate in the closing of complex transactions;Administration and bookkeeping of transactions;Setting of interest periods and reference interest rates applicable to each period;Ensure that client responsibilities are managed effectively and to agreed client, best practice, regulatory and statutory deadlines;Calculate settlements/amounts to be paid by the borrowers and lenders in accordance to the agreements such as fees, interest, and principal repayments/redemptions;Management of the Loan Administration for different jurisdictions: As a global financial services provider, Apex provides Agency services in a variety of jurisdictions;Management of communications to be delivered to the borrowers and lenders, and the different Loan Admin. #J-18808-Ljbffr
