Current Account and Escrow agreements. /li /ulpbr/pulliPreparing and responding to requests made by the Courts, Tax Authorities and other public bodies. /li /ulpbr/pulliReview and negotiation of Non-Disclosure agreements, release and reliance letters. /li /ulpbr/pulliReview and negotiation of Bank guarantees and counter-guarantees. /li /ulpbr/pulliDrafting, negotiation and execution of loans, credit agreements and guarantee facility agreements and related guarantees (personal guarantees, pledges, etc.) for private and corporate clients. /li /ulpbr/pulliLegal support to the different units of the Bank. /li /ulpbr/pulliProvision of general legal assistance and advice regarding Spanish Law to the Bank and to the CA Group Network. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongQualifications/Education Required: /strong /ppbr/ppLaw Degree (finished) /ppHigh level of English /ppbr/ppstrongCompetencies Required: /strong /ppbr/pulliCapacity of analysis /liliNegotiation skills /liliDealing with deadlines /liliHandle with differents transactions at the same time /liliCollaborative teamwork spirit /li /ulpbr/ppstrongSkills Knowledge Requirements: /strong /ppbr/ppHandling data bases /p
