Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced TPS Supervisor to manage and optimise global TPS (payments) operations. This role leads a team of 7 FTEs in Palma , requires 3+ years of team management experience , and provides international operational support . You will work closely with teams in Thailand and Palma , ensuring operational stability, strong risk controls, and accurate reconciliations. Success requires excellent communication skills , the ability to integrate partners and stakeholders, and strong knowledge of TPS and P2P processes .
