Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced TPS Supervisor to manage and optimise global TPS (payments) operations. This role leads a team of 7 FTEs in Palma , requires 3+ years of team management experience , and provides international operational support . You will work closely with teams in Thailand and Palma , ensuring operational stability, strong risk controls, and accurate reconciliations. Success requires excellent communication skills , the ability to integrate partners and stakeholders, and strong knowledge of TPS and P2P processes .

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the 7‑person TPS team , ensuring strong performance and collaboration.
• Oversee global TPS payments ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
• Support Thailand and Palma teams across all payment workflows.
• Strengthen controls, ensure operational stability, and manage reconciliations.
• Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and service quality.
• Act as the primary contact for all TPS operational matters.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years team management experience , ideally in an international environment.
• Proven experience managing teams of 7+ people .
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑integration skills.
• Solid knowledge of TPS procedures and P2P processes .
• Strong MS Office skills and hands‑on SAP experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Finance within the travel industry.
• Track record of driving process improvements.
• English language is essential
