Job Description Responsibilities: -Manage, develop and support preparation and performance activities for full vehicle Passive Safety tests. -Analyse the vehicle (vehicle structure) and the dummies (biomechanical) signals registered and the state of the vehicle after the test. -Write the test reports. -Involvement in development projects with global automotive manufacturers. -Communication with client throughout the development projects. -Work alongside other technical departments. Qualifications Profile: -Experience in the Automotive Industry will be an asset. -Good communication skills and strong relationship building skills. -Empathic, proactive, with team spirit and high level of assertiveness. -Confident in discussions at different hierarchical levels. -Flexible, resourceful and able to multi-task while establishing priorities and providing solutions. -Committed, goal driven, with successful result orientation and strong service orientation. -Open to work in a very international company with a multicultural team. Education: -Engineering degree (desirable Mechanical or Electronics). Languages: -A medium to high level of English is mandatory. -Any additional language will be positively valued.
