Telecom Payload Architect

We are working with a leading client in the aerospace sector seeking a highly experienced telecom payload architect to join a contract assignment starting in September.

The assignment begins in September and requires onsite or hybrid work (1 day onsite every 1-2 weeks, more at the beginning).

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical design of space telecom subsystems, integrating RF, digital/analogue electronics, data processing, software, and firmware
• Evaluate architectural concepts and propose optimal solutions
• Oversee full system lifecycle from design and development to validation and delivery
• Prepare technical documentations (specifications, design justifications, analyses)

Qualifications:

• Degree in telecommunications engineering, industrial engineering, software engineering, physics, or related technical field
• 7+ years of experience in system/equipment-level engineering
• Proven experience as telecom payload architect (or analogue function)
• Strong knowledge of electronics, radiofrequency, communications, and/or software systems
• Fluent in English
