ABOUT THE ROLE

This role is part of our Technical Department and focuses on delivering engaging technical training to both customers and internal teams. You will transform complex technical information into clear, accessible content across different platforms while representing NRF in workshops and customer locations. Your work will strengthen customer knowledge, support product understanding and contribute to continuous improvement and innovation within the department.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Deliver technical training to workshops and customers, as well as internal training for NRF colleagues.
• Create technical articles, translations and interactive training sessions to increase engagement and interest.
• Resolve technical queries and troubleshoot product‑related issues.
• Contribute to improvements and innovation within the technical department.
• Visit workshops and customers to conduct training sessions that you will have previously prepared through digital platforms, ensuring clear understanding and resolving all types of technical questions from customers and partners.

WHAT DO YOU BRING?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with experience in Mechanical Engineering.
• Business‑fluent English and Portuguese (French is highly valued).
• Proactive and decisive mindset, with strong problem‑solving skills.
• High learning capacity and strong organizational skills, managing your own workload and schedule.
• Strong digital skills and confidence using PCs, mobile devices and tablets.
• Sociable and active personality, comfortable moving between different work centers.
• Knowledge of high‑performance vehicles, hybrid and electric technologies, HVAC systems, automotive diagnostics and fluorinated gases.
• Residence in Madrid or surrounding areas.
• Availability to travel.
