Our team in Dos Hermanas currently has an opening for a Technical Sales Manager >> YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES We are embarking on an exciting journeyand looking for a technical manager for our specialties sales team in Spain.Our success in the market is driven by our technical knowledge and thesolutions we can provide to the water treatment world, and therefore supportingthe sales team of all focus industries and BES (Cross Selling), to growtogether with our customers is key. With your experience, we can take offtogether to strive toward our strategy to win. TASKS - Provide technical support to the sales team of all focus industries and BES(Cross Selling development), accompany them to customer visits to develop theright technical solutions, or, independently develop the project/industrialcustomer in its water treatments needs/applications, keeping the sales teaminformed of the progress of the projects. - Provide laboratory tests, industrial trials to determine the best technicalsolutions for the customer, periodic visits (service) to verify the correctstate of the application. - Proactively identify market and customers applications needs/trends in thewater treatments applications together with the team. - Help to define and support the execution of strategic growth plans/campaignsin collaboration with the relevant sales managements/teams and IndustryMarketing Management on (new) applications/ formulations - inform and trainsales team on updates/new developments. - Ensure appropriate data administration and documentation of all businesscases in the local CRM system (e.g., post processing of visits, customerpotentials). YOUR PROFILE You havea chemistry or chemical engineering degree and proven technical experience inthe water treatment sector. • Sales-oriented vision. • Strong communication and presentation skills. • Willingness to travel. • Spanish as themother tongue and good English language skills.
