At Astek, we’re looking for a Technical Lead / Program Manager to drive a critical project in the space industry for a European client. You will lead the coordination of engineering activities, delivery planning, and stakeholder management within a complex multi-partner environment.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it...

• Coordinate technical activities with customer, partners, and subcontractors
• Manage timelines, resources, deliverables, and technical compliance
• Ensure alignment of technical requirements and project objectives
• Supervise the production of technical documentation and high-level deliverables
• Lead risk assessment and mitigation plans
• Participate in project meetings and consortium coordination

Who are you?

• Strong experience managing space, defense, telecom, or IT projects
• Engineering background with team leadership experience
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Fluent in English (mandatory); Spanish is a plus
