Holding critical internal and external expertise across a range of agronomic and market conditions Collect all information regarding the products, to be structured in presentations for commercial teams across Europe, for use at retailer level and farmer level Streamline labels / product sheet and web-information material Provide technical knowledge and expertise and be the key point of access for all technical questions regarding the products Supplying technical data to marketing group for preparation of marketing material ex.:, presentations, roll-ups, fact sheets, web-pages, face-book etc. Preparation of written information, technical inputs and support of marketing campaigns, articles for farm magazines, press releases, web-articles Working closely with Products Managers accountable for the respective segment Building strong collaboration between territory managers and the global technical department Participation in relevant exhibitions, farm days, costumer meetings and other meetings, where tech. support is needed. Starting with focus on UK & IE- to be rolled out Support the commercial teams for evaluation of competitor products, to suggest the right proposal of products Participate to drive the innovation in the technical group for product selection and development Support and initiate trials across the region to support the sales and development of the products Together with the rest of the tech. team; to learn and drive the total integration of our product range into a holistic solution for the farmers. Experienced candidate (10 years) coming from the industry, preferable from the nutrition sector, alternative from fertilizer or pesticide industry, Experience in field trailing and knowledge in crop management, Deep and broad agronomomical, crop and product knowledge, A matured person with a proven record in agriculture business, since the person, in many cases, will be working independently, Winning personality inspiring credibility, Good skills in doing presentations “on stage” and in Teams Meetings, Structured in her/his approach to work, Used to work with deadlines, Well established in using Microsoft Office Pack, especially Power Point, Open minded amongst many cultures and countries, Very good analytical and communications skills, Team player.
