Together, we shape industry worldwide. /ppYour career: challenging, diverse, and full of opportunities for personal development. /ppThe environment: highly professional, international, and inspiring. /ppYour new company: a technology and market leader with more than 12,000 employees worldwide. /ppSICK supports customers from a wide range of industries in the Iberian market and successfully sells its products, services, and solutions in the manufacturing and logistics segments. /ppbr/ppstrongAbout the Position /strong /ppTechnical Customer Care based in Barcelona and surrounding areas /ppbr/ppstrongemProfile: /em /strong /pp·       Resident in Catalonia /pp·       2 years of experience in a similar position or in a sales or technical support role in the industrial field /pp·       Technical knowledge of electronic components (knowledge of SICK products is a plus) /pp·       Communicative person with a technical background /pp·       Experience in customer relations /pp·       Used to working in a team and highly results-oriented /pp·       Fluent conversational English /ppbr/ppstrongemFunctions and Responsabilities: /em /strong /pp·       Respond to customer tenders, clarify needs if necessary, select relevant products/services, /pp·       create quotes in accordance with the commercial policy, and in cooperation with the account owner.  /pp·       Provide technical support (minimum Level 1) to all stakeholder, before and after sales, within /pp·       the scope of technical competencies. /pp·       Update information in the CRM system (telephone/mail contact reports, updating contacts and /pp·       potentials, opportunities, etc.). /pp·       Keep trained participate to executre trainings on products, applications via SICK's online training platformand /pp if necessary with the support of other ressources needed. /pp·       Promote and convince customers to use SICK digital plaftorms (eshop/DSP) in all its /pp·       functionalities, especially for quotes and online orders, price and delivery information, product information /ppbr/ppstrongemWe Offer /em /strong /pp·       Competitive salary compensation based on the candidate's qualifications.
