Now, we’re seeking a proactive and hands-on professional to support our administrative operations and contribute across different areas of the business. /ppbr/ppstrongYour Responsibilities /strong /ppbr/pulliAdministrative and accounting support: invoicing, expense tracking, and financial assistance. /liliDocument management and organization. /liliCRM management and basic IT support. /liliAssisting the commercial and legal teams with daily tasks. /liliMarketing Communication: Generate engaging content (property videos, presentations, social media posts) and support the creation of local marketing actions and campaigns that drive sales opportunities. /liliOffice coordination: supplies, maintenance, and logistics. /liliWelcoming and assisting clients with top-notch service. /liliPreparing reports, presentations, and sales reviews. /liliManaging and boosting social media presence. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongWhat We’re Looking For /strong /ppbr/pulliPrevious experience in administration or customer service. /liliFluency in English and Spanish. /liliA proactive, motivated, and creative mindset. /liliAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively in a diverse team. /liliStrong organizational skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure. /liliSolid IT and Microsoft Office skills (Salesforce is a plus). /li /ulpbr/ppstrongWhat We Offer /strong /ppbr/pulliStability: Full-time permanent contract (40h/week). /liliCompetitive package: Fixed salary + performance-based bonus. /liliTime off: 23 vacation days per year + 2 additional personal days. /liliGrowth: Comprehensive onboarding and continuous training programs. /liliWork environment: Join a modern, international team that values collaboration and excellence. /li /ul
