We’re looking for a Team Assistant to join our team in Estepona.
Since 2005, we’ve been a leading name in luxury property, recognized for excellence and outstanding service. Now, we’re seeking a proactive and hands-on professional to support our administrative operations and contribute across different areas of the business.
Your Responsibilities
- Administrative and accounting support: invoicing, expense tracking, and financial assistance.
- Document management and organization.
- CRM management and basic IT support.
- Assisting the commercial and legal teams with daily tasks.
- Marketing & Communication: Generate engaging content (property videos, presentations, social media posts) and support the creation of local marketing actions and campaigns that drive sales opportunities.
- Office coordination: supplies, maintenance, and logistics.
- Welcoming and assisting clients with top-notch service.
- Preparing reports, presentations, and sales reviews.
- Managing and boosting social media presence.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in administration or customer service.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- A proactive, motivated, and creative mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a diverse team.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Solid IT and Microsoft Office skills (Salesforce is a plus).
