pstrongRole Overview: /strong /ppWe are seeking a talented and detail-oriented strongSynthetic Chemist /strong with demonstrated stronghands-on /strong experience and expertise in strongpeptide synthesis /strong o support our expanding drug discovery programs. The successful candidate will contribute to the design, synthesis, purification, and characterization of peptides and peptidomimetics, working closely with multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic and collaborative environment. /ppbr/ppstrongKey Responsibilities: /strong /pulliDesign and execute strongsolid-phase peptide synthesis (SPPS) /strong using automated synthesizers and manual techniques. /liliDevelop and optimize synthetic routes for stronglinear and cyclic peptides /strong, including complex modifications and conjugations. /liliPerform purification using strongpreparative HPLC /strong, strongSFC /strong, strongMPLC chromatography /strong, and other relevant techniques. /liliCharacterize compounds using strongHRMS /strong, strongNMR /strong, and other analytical tools. /liliCollaborate with medicinal chemists and biologists to support strongSAR studies /strong and lead optimization. /liliDocument experimental procedures and results in electronic lab notebooks (ELNs) and contribute to internal reports and publications. /liliEnsure compliance with Eurofins’ quality standards and safety protocols. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongQualifications: /strong /pulliPh.D. or M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, or related discipline. /liliMinimum 2–5 years of hands-on experience in strongpeptide synthesis /strong, preferably in a CRO or pharmaceutical setting. /liliProficiency with strongautomated peptide synthesizers /strong (e.g., Biotage, CEM Liberty Blue). /liliStrong understanding of strongprotecting group strategies /strong, strongcoupling reagents /strong, and strongresin selection /strong. /liliExperience with strongpeptidomimetics /strong, strongmacrocyclization /strong, or strongconjugation chemistry /strong is highly desirable. /liliExperience in parallelization using automated platforms is also highly desirable /liliExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. /liliStrong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongWhy Join Us: /strong /pulliWork in a strongcutting-edge research environment /strong with access to state-of-the-art facilities. /liliBe part of a strongglobal scientific network /strong with opportunities for growth and collaboration. /liliContribute to impactful drug discovery projects that advance human health. /li /ul
