Job Description:

For our Global Planning team – Textile Effects Division we are looking for a highly motivated and proactive team member in the function of

Supply Planner

Responsible for weekly planning process for all materials for the assigned plant; inventory management; and critical materials and bottleneck management.

This is a permanent and full-time position to be based in Castellbisbal – Barcelona

Key Job Responsibilities:

1. Weekly planning:
- Own the weekly planning process at SKU level for plant materials within the monthly SIOP cycle.
- Ensure accurate replenishment planning from production plant to warehouse.

2. Material Replenishment:
- Act as Process Owner for MRP across the region for assigned plant products.

  • Execute weekly release processes to align stock levels with forecasted demand, open orders, and available inventory.
  • Ensure accurate stock projections and coverage at month-end.
  • Oversee proper distribution to warehouses.

3. Inventory Management:
- Manage inventory within the Planning scope, reacting to demand deviations and ensuring service level agreements are met.
- Responsible for stock levels across all plants (SKU level).

4. Critical Materials:
- Optimize identification of critical materials.
- Communicate expected shortages, with mitigation actions in place.

5. Master Data Ownership:
- Maintain and validate Master Data
- Run regular sanity checks on Master Data.

6. SIOP Process:
- Lead the Monthly Supply Alignment meeting.
- Actively contribute to GSA meeting preparation by providing key inputs: supply constraints, inventory analysis, and more.

7. Support strategic projects and contribute to new process development and cross-team consolidation.

Education/ Experience / Working Time
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Planning/Scheduling in a chemical Industry environment
5 years of experience in similar position

Desired knowledge and skills:
Deep knowledge and understanding of the SAP Material Master Data.

Strong analytical and structural skills. Strong excel skills
English and Spanish fluently written/spoken is a must

Others
Own vehicle required, as the location is in an industrial area without direct public transport connections
UE work permit is required
