How to contribute to our vision Integrate Daily Management into the logistics culture focused on creation of flow, adherence to standard work, and solid implementation of rigorous problem solving. Drive a comprehensive Value Stream Analysis to yield a roadmap of projects that will clearly link to key performance indicator achievement. You will monitor the performance during execution, recommend operational best practice and drive offshore specific portfolio improvements. Coordinate with the site training department to develop and deliver programs to teach the workforce on Lean tools and concepts such as problem solving, Value Stream mapping, visual management, and Lean conversion. Coach/ mentor Lean projects (with cross-functional teams) to raise the knowledge level of organization through all BU´s and foster alignment to key business priorities. Manage Lean events with a standard approach as need arises to include logistics, readiness reviews and execution. Track maturity, and sustainability of lean processes and tools. What you need to make a difference Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for… You hold a background within engineering, B.Sc., or M.Sc. in a relevant field. You have more than 5 years of experience in lean management or similar position. You are passionate about operations management and continuous improvement. Deploys Supply Chain & Logistic Strategy according to superior strategy. Defines and ensures implementation of standards, regulations, and guidelines. Manages and contributes to overarching programs and initiatives. Coaching and training the organization on lean management tools and processes. You are self-driven and structured in your daily work. You possess excellent English communication skills, both orally and in writing. Spanish/German is a plus. Clear thinking and solid prioritization skills Solid team building and facilitation skills.
