Jobomschrijving Under responsibility of Supply Chain and Productivity Director, you will be in charge to roll-out a plan to develop Performance and Growth of our critical suppliers of SSG (Semiconductor Specialty Gases) raw materials used bysemiconductor industry in Europe. You will be part of the local electronic team, and will contribute to enhance our sourcing strategy by ensuring selected Suppliers will match with market requirements in terms of Quality, Business Integrity, Support and Performance. You will actively be part of the Qualification process for new sources, and you will lead our yearly performance evaluation by keeping up to date Supplier Quality Dashboard. You will also be the Procurement interface between Operations, Product Management, Quality department and Suppliers, and will be responsible to manage Suppliers non-conformities. Primary Responsibilities of Position / Roles In charge of leading Supplier Development Plan for each Supplier as per established yearly plan as defined in our Supplier Quality Dashboard. In charge to keep up-to-date our list of second sources suppliers for each critical molecule You will comply with applicable safety, quality, and environmental rules, and with business ethics regulation, as stated in our Nippon Gases Code of Conduct. In charge to keep up to date Supplier Quality Dashboard by populating relevant information whenever needed, such as ISO certification, SQC data collection, yearly internal survey, etc. In charge to set-up process to collect SQC data twice a year from our suppliers according to defined format to facilitate their integration in our LIMS system. In charge to set-up Supplier Quality Agreement for any new and existing suppliers. In charge to get from our suppliers complete process and Supply Chain flow for any critical material from the raw material synthesis to delivery to our facility in order to anticipate any critical steps and risks. In charge of negotiating improved product specifications with various suppliers when requested by our end-customers and / or Product Management. In charge of collecting all the relevant analytical documentation from suppliers regarding their products, metrology, analysis methods and frequencies. In charge to keep up to date risk assessment for any molecule / supplier which will help to drive our strategy to mitigate identified risks Support Sustainable and ethical development of our suppliers by getting Code of Conduct accepted and by evaluating their development in this area. Whenever required, you will also be invited in Customers audit to explain the way our suppliers are managed. You will be responsible for Supplier Non Conformity management. For any complaint entered in our Quality system, for which identified root cause is coming from Supplier, you will be in charge to release official complaint to Supplier and to ensure Supplier will established relevant action plan within acceptable timeframe. This action plan should be based on 8D methodology. You will be in charge for the complete follow-up of this complaint till its complete resolution by Supplier. You will bring support to Product Management to set-up Ship-To-Control (STC) agreements with some targeted Suppliers / Molecules. As part of our yearly Supplier Development plan, you will also lead Self-Assessment program and audit program with identified Suppliers. You will then be in charge to ensure follow-up of corrective actions with Suppliers. Functievereisten Required Education & Experience Technical Master degree (Chemistry, Analytics, ) Good understanding of Semiconductor Market and its quality and supplier management requirements 5 years-experience in technical position most preferably in Semiconductor gases or in Chemical industries. Basic understanding of Quality Standards (ISO, SQC, etc ) You speak and write fluent Dutch and English Technical Competencies Interaction with Suppliers and Procurement processes High customer focus You have good analytical skills and you are able to solve problems independently. You have strong computer skills (ERP package, MS-office, Outlook, Teams).
