Jil Sander is looking for the perfect profile for the new opening of JS Pop-up in Ibiza as Store Manager.
Main Responsibilities :
- Leading, managing & coaching colleagues and teams to create a ‘winning’ store culture
- Ensuring control, health and safety, people rostering & P&L management
- Lead the way in ensuring store standards are consistently at the highest level
- Liaising and keeping in contact with key account customers
- Personnel Development and Management
- CRM Developer
- Operations and Space Management

Requirements :
- Previous experience in the luxury fashion
- Fluent English is requested
- BOH knowledge
