pJob Location - Jubail, Saudia Arabia /ppbr/ppstrongPosition Overview /strong /ppThe Senior Cost Accountant is responsible for managing, analyzing, and controlling all cost-related activities within the organization. The role requires strong expertise in SAP (FI/CO, MM, PP modules), cost allocation, variance analysis, and financial reporting. The Senior Cost Accountant ensures accurate cost data, supports management decisions with analytical insights, and drives continuous improvement in cost efficiency and profitability. /ppbr/ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /ppstrong1. Cost Accounting Analysis /strong /pulliPerform detailed strongcost analysis /strong for products, projects, and services. /liliMaintain and monitor strongstandard costs /strong, BOM (Bill of Materials), and routing updates in SAP. /liliConduct monthly strongcost variance analysis /strong (material, labor, overhead) and investigate deviations. /liliReview and validate stronginventory costing /strong, production orders, and WIP valuations. /liliSupport costing for strongnew products, new projects /strong, and changes in manufacturing processes. /li /ulpstrong2. SAP Financial Operations /strong /pulliManage costing activities using strongSAP FI/CO, MM, and PP modules /strong. /liliEnsure accurate data flow from strongmaterial master, cost centers, activity types, work centers, /strong and BOM. /liliPerform strongSAP month-end closing /strong including settlement of production orders, cost centers, and internal orders. /liliGenerate and analyze SAP reports such as strongCK11N, CK40N, MB5B, KSB1, KSBT, S_ALR Reports /strong, and more. /li /ulpstrong3. Budgeting Forecasting /strong /pulliParticipate in the preparation of strongannual budgets /strong, rolling forecasts, and cost estimates. /liliMonitor actual costs versus budget and present monthly variance reports. /liliAssist management with strongcost simulations, what-if analysis, /strong and cost reduction opportunities. /li /ulpstrong4. Internal Controls Compliance /strong /pulliEnsure compliance with strongIFRS /strong, internal policies, and audit requirements. /liliMaintain strong cost accounting controls in SAP to ensure data accuracy and transparency. /liliCoordinate with internal and external auditors on cost and inventory-related matters. /li /ulpstrong5.
