Hikvision is searching for an Operations Specialist in Madrid.

Responsibility:

  • Responsible for the PO register and delivery follow up.
  • Responsible for customer consult and solve dispute.
  • Process management, e.g. rebate, credit notes, special price, product, samples, credit limit etc which related to the order management.
  • Cooperate with different departments including Spain Local, EU hub and China HQ for optimizing internal process and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Other events requested by manager.

  • Knowledge of sales and distribution terminology, procedures, and practice
  • Excellent process understanding, ability to reform, and rules setup
