With 2.5 million app users and 1.5 million Instagram followers, we're already in the game. But honestly? We're just getting started. /ppWe're on a mission to hit 10 million followers and cement Gronda as the defining voice in culinary culture. /ppTo get there, we need someone who doesn't just emunderstand /em social media but who emlives /em it. /ppstrong‍ /strong /ppstrongYour role /strong /ppAs our Social Media Specialist, you own the channels. All of them. You'll be the creative brain and executing force behind our content — building real connections with professional chefs, home cooks, and food lovers around the world. /ppThis isn't a "post three times a week and write a report" kind of job. We want bold ideas, fast execution, and content that actually makes people stop scrolling. /pp‍ /ppstrongWhat you'll be doing /strong /pulliOwn the strategy - develop and drive a social media strategy that grows our brand and deepens engagement across all platforms /liliCreate content that hits - shoot, edit, and curate videos and visuals that feel native to each platform (Reels, TikTok, Stories... you name it) /liliBe in the comments - actively engage with our community, respond to feedback, and keep the conversation going /liliKnow your numbers - track KPIs, report on performance, and use data to constantly sharpen your approach /liliStay ahead of the curve - you're always the first to know about a new trend, format, or algorithm change /liliCollaborate closely with our content and product teams to keep everything aligned /li /ulp‍ /ppstrongWhat you bring /strong /pulliSome real-world experience in social media (your own channels, agency for chefs or chefs directly - we care about what you've built, not just where you worked) /liliA real passion for the culinary world - our audience is chefs and food lovers, and you need to get what makes them tick /liliSolid skills in video production and editing for social /liliA genuine feel for audiences - you know how to research, understand, and speak to different communities /liliFluency in social media KPIs and what they actually mean for growth /liliA creative eye emand /em an analytical brain - you make great content and you know why it works /liliStrong communication skills and a collaborative mindset /li /ulp‍ /pp Location: Remote in the EU or in our office in Innsbruck or Barcelona /pp‍⏲️ Working hours: Full-time /pp‍ Salary: Min. €45,000 (overpay based on skills) /pp‍ Other benefits: Tech and learning budget, two team off-sites a year etc. /pp‍ /p
