About the role The main role of the Service Marketing Coordinator will be to participate actively in the Multi-Brand Product & Services Strategy definition and support its execution Track & Report local regulation specificities, market trends and customers’ needs. Long term Career Requirements As a minimum you must have : Graduate Bac+5 Sales / Marketing Industrial & Market environment knowledge (market segments, competition, products ) B2B Experience Good command on English (B2 / C1) Valid UE work permit Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have : Experience in management or project management Experience in multicultural environment Experience using Office IT tools Knowledge of Image and Video Editing tools it’s a plus Responsibilities As a Service Marketing Coordinato r, you’ll be responsible for : ¤ Market trends In coordination with Central Market Intelligence : Define specific market studies needs and organize competitive intelligence (Market segments, Competitors, Customers, products ) Report & track local data (segment trends, Local regulation, competitors move, WMDB ) Analyze studies results and define marketing support action plans (SoS evolution) ¤ Marketing Strategy & Communication In coordination with HVAC Southern Countries Marketing Director Participate in the strategy definition and ensure of alignment between Central and Local Marketing & communication activities Report / Propose new product development needs based on factual business cases Participate to the price positioning and participate in the communication plan definition to support the defined strategy and ensure the execution is aligned with European guidance’s ¤ Operationnal Plans Build Business Plans Sales Directors and support the execution and propose and support specific Sales Action Plans Ensure representation in local associations and ensure successful product launch over the sales forces with all the necessary tools and communication Manage local marketing & communication budget following European guidance Actively participate to local board of Directors and define Local sales trainings needs and ensure deployment ¤ Management Define goals of the Marketing and Communication team Follow-up, Control and support the team for targets achievements Administrative follow-up (holidays, absence ) Our commitment to you Our greatest assets are the expertise, creativity and passion of our employees.
