We are looking for a pragmatic Service Engineer to join the New Power Business Unit department in Madrid, to support our customers across EU and globally by providing technical expertise on complex client issues, working on various applications across industries. You will be working with brand new, state of the art fuel cell technologies, so you will be required to attend training at our Hydrogen Technologies Development Centre in Belgium. The role will include up to 50% travel within EU and globally. Your impact will be seen in these and other ways; Required to apply diagnostic expertise on less complex diagnostics, projects, or tools under supervision. Develop and maintain with supervision well written troubleshooting instructions, diagnostic descriptions, and wiring diagrams by taking feedback provided by experts and technicians and performing the investigatory work necessary to determine the optimal results. Maintain the library of troubleshooting information as products evolve, experience is gained, and feedback is provided on the operation and servicing of the equipment. Write procedures effectively with translations in mind. Communicate proposed troubleshooting publication changes for peer review and approval with support. Troubleshoot less complex problems and recommend appropriate actions.
