In Spain, we support a network of dealers and professional customers, with a clear focus on ensuring machine performance, reliability, and uptime, in close collaboration with the Group’s technical and RD teams. /ppbr/ppstrongRole purpose: /strong /ppAs a Service Engineer, you provide high-level technical support for Zoomlion equipment across Spain. You help resolve complex issues, strengthen dealer capabilities, and contribute to continuous product improvement. /ppbr/ppstrongKey responsibilities /strong /pulliProvide on-site technical support to dealers and key customers for complex, major, or recurring failures. /liliDeliver remote troubleshooting support (diagnosis, procedures, documentation, solutions). /liliImplement product improvements and perform technical modifications on machines (including pre-delivery when required). /liliGuide dealers in carrying out modifications and applying best repair practices. /liliSupport root-cause analysis and repair-solution optimization with RD / technical specialists. /liliDeliver product training to dealers and key customers (operation and routine maintenance), and support training sessions when needed. /liliSupport spare parts activities: recommended parts lists, safety stock levels, monthly demand forecasts, and dealer inventory set-up. /liliParticipate in regular dealer communication and field visits; collect customer feedback and market insights to improve satisfaction. /liliWhen necessary, support maintenance of demo machines at the main warehouse. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongProfile: /strong /pulliTechnical diploma (mechanics / maintenance / automotive or similar). /lili5+ years in construction machinery maintenance, strong expertise in excavators. /liliStrong mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting skills; able to work independently. /liliGood command of Office tools (Excel, Word). /liliValid driver’s license; willing to travel frequently across Spain. /liliLanguages: Spanish (mandatory), English (daily professional communication). /li /ul
