Learn more at flexera.com. /ph3Role /h3pWe are seeking a Renewal Account Manager to oversee the renewal of recurring revenue contracts, ensuring the highest levels of account management to protect our revenue streams. You will join a team of global renewal reps who are responsible for a high percentage of the company’s overall revenues. We value a strong work ethic and a passion for making a positive impact. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliOwn, drive, and lead the renewals process in collaboration with the account team to preserve and enhance customer contracts and relationships /liliActively engage with key decision-makers to identify customer requirements and uncover roadblocks to ensure on-time commitments /liliMaintain and report an accurate rolling 90-day forecast of renewals in your territory /liliNegotiate and execute renewal contracts that align with customer and Flexera goals /liliDiscover and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities upon contract renewal to maximize customer growth /liliStrategize on renewal engagement, maximizing revenue retention /li /ulh3Experience Skills /h3ulli5+ years of Sales / Customer Success / Renewals / Account Management experience, preferably within an Enterprise SaaS organization /liliSolid understanding of Enterprise SaaS applications and collaboration technology /liliConsistent track record of achieving personal and team goals /liliHistory of thriving in a rapidly changing environment /liliAbility to grow business strategically, i.e., creating new processes and initiatives /liliBachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience /li /ulh3Equality Diversity /h3pFlexera is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
