Senior project manager The primary focus of this position is to manage the successful execution of multiple / complex projects, programs or defined scopes of work. Use your effective leadership and management skills in order to achieve performance objectives Provide leadership and guidance to other Project Managers and project teams and must be able to apply the gathered skills and previous management experience in order to successfully guide projects with significant complexity and risk through planning, execution, and close out. Identifying project stakeholders, risks, work scope, budget and schedule expectations. Developing Project Plans. Reporting to both internal and external stakeholders, including Company Leaders, the status of the projects: time schedule, costs vs. Budget, risks, technical issues, etc. Coordinating with subject matter experts to ensure that the project execution plan has correctly identified the required resources, tools, and methodology. Understanding project activities and interdependencies in order to support the development of an accurate budget and schedule, then managing project execution accordingly. Understanding contractual terms and conditions. Serving as the primary client interface. Supporting the establishment of effective working relationships, both within the project team and between the project team and external stakeholders. Measuring project performance, forecasting outcomes and, when necessary, developing proactive course corrections. Ensuring that the project team is adhering to applicable Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) and Quality Management, and Projects Systems From the sales process, identifying and register the Projects’ risks, monitoring these risks while using creativity and out-of-the-box thinking to propose mitigation measures Your profile Proven thorough experience in a project management role for EPC projects or any other big/complex projects. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Team oriented. Excellent knowledge in English and/or Spanish is a plus.
