The Senior Pricing Specialist role is integral part of Oterra´s Product Management team. Based in Spain, the Senior Pricing Specialist will help to refine and drive Oterra´s pricing strategy, working closely with the Pricing Strategy Manager in Denmark, Product Managers, and a Global Sales team. What would your role look like? You will be driving Oterra´s pricing strategy and pricing model in the EMEA region, closely collaborating with Product Managers, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance. Provide the team with a holistic customer view during the sales process to support pricing decisions. Drive pricing excellence and work with sales and product managers to implement price changes into the market, track price realization globally Be a key contributor to the optimization of our end-to-end processes and governance principles. Identify price leakage buckets and find ways to increase profit Conduct pricing training for our sales organization and customer service Be involved in pricing-related projects, such as system implementations Be able to work with large datasets, across multiple systems, to turn big data into commercial insights Who we are looking for A Senior Pricing Specialist with strong commercial skills to understand business performance drivers through utilizing large datasets, integrating various information sources, and applying analytical skills in developing strategies and recommendations. To succeed in this position, you have: 2-5+ years concentrated experience with Pricing Management from a business-to-business context (Food ingredients is a plus) A strong commercial and business sense, the ability to assess the value of products and services, and develop pricing that reflects our business strategy Analytical skills and the ability to analyse large amounts of data using multiple data sources, develop analysis templates/tools, and synthesize various findings into actionable recommendations Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills and experience working with PowerBI and/or other data visualization Experience with enterprise tools such as SAP (or another ERP system), Salesforce CRM, and preferably CPQ products Strong communication skills with the ability and track record of driving change and implementation Collaborative skills and are able to establish strong cross-functional relationships at all levels of the organization An advanced degree with a strong business and/or analytical orientation, e.g., Finance, Economics, Math, Business, Engineering What can we offer?
