Overview
Senior Platform Engineer – Hybrid Compute & EUC

At the Vitrolife Group, we work every day to unlock the full potential of science and technology to reduce barriers towards building a family. We help our customers and their patients fulfill the dream of having a baby. This role focuses on platform engineering for hybrid compute and End‐User Computing (EUC), spanning on‐prem virtualization and Azure.

Responsibilities

Own the architecture and lifecycle of hybrid compute and EUC platforms.

Design and operate Azure Virtual Desktop and FSLogix at scale.

Build and maintain golden images and standardized VM templates.

Lead Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Packer.

Build and govern CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.

Drive automation‐first, self‐service platform principles.

Your Profile

Strong experience with on‐prem virtualization (Hyper‐V / Azure Local; VMware a plus).

Hands‐on expertise with Azure Virtual Desktop and FSLogix.

Deep understanding of automation, IaC, and platform engineering.

Understanding of ISO 27001, NIS2, GDPR, and related frameworks.

Ability to design scalable, resilient platforms—not just operate them.

A mindset focused on simplification, standardization, and enablement.

Please note that this role is based in Valencia or Gothenburg.
