Big data: extraction , quality assurance and aggregation of data coming from primary systems (o9, SAP, P6, SAP-BW, SAPP/OASIS) to support evaluations and to derive actions. 2. o9 tool: support in the testing and quality assurance of the o9 tool, which will harmonize all SGRE COO PLA processes and data. 3. Reporting: Define and develop KPIs and reports for planning processes in close collaboration with Process Managers and other stakeholders. Ensure sustainability and reliability of the results. 4. Maintenance: Maintenance of KPIs/reports. Support in the maintenance of interim existing VBA/Excel-tools, reports and transferring them into Power BI 5. User support: Creation of user documentation and training documents as part of the improvement projects. Provide final user trainings 6. Timeliness, quality and efficiency of support, analysis, reaction time in error correction, development time for fulfillment of new requirements, on time delivery of required reports.
