We are committed to being a driving force for positive change.Role PurposeThe Senior Media Manager role will lead strategic media planning to drive candidate attraction and support hiring goals for a range of clients within Enterprise Solutions comprising Outsourcing, advisory and volume hiring.This role combines commercial expertise, strategic execution, and data-driven insights to pitch and deliver successful candidate attraction solutions. Leveraging a deep understanding of media platforms, industry trends, and candidate behaviors, the role focuses on creating tailored solutions to meet individual customer need.The role sits within the Channel Marketing team for Enterprise Solutions and Page Executive and has one direct report (remote).Primary dutiesSupporting SalesClient-facing – supporting pitch processes to understand client needs and align expectationsCollaborate with the sales team to create and present tailored candidate attraction plans for pitches, ensuring alignment with client needs and commercial objectivesStrategic Media Planning and ExecutionDevelop comprehensive and credible media strategies to attract talent across diverse industries and geographiesCreate customized media plans using platforms such as job boards, CV databases, programmatic advertising, social media, and search engine marketingAlign media strategies with employer branding initiatives and recruitment objectivesVendor management where requiredReporting and OptimisationPrepare regular reports and presentations for client and internal stakeholders, demonstrating the impact of media strategies on recruitment outcomesProvide actionable advice to stakeholders for campaign enhancements/course corrections based on data and insightsTeam Leadership and CollaborationLine management of Global Media Manager, enabling effective delivery and supporting career developmentCollaborate closely with recruitment consultants, operations teams to align media strategies with hiring needs.Partner with internal stakeholders to co-ordinate recruitment marketing initiativesKey Skills and CompetenciesExtensive experience in media planning and buying, sector experience a mustStrong knowledge of job boards, social media platforms, programmatic advertising, and other candidate attraction channels.Proven track record of delivering successful recruitment campaigns within budget and timelines.Excellent communicator with client-facing experienceConfident stakeholder management skillsCommercially astuteVendor management experienceExpected BehavioursSelf-starterData-driven in approachResponsive and agileStrong and creative in problem-solvingResilient, confident and self-assuredCulturally aware and international in outlook
