Marosa is a leading FinTech company based in Vigo, specialising in tax technology. Our mission is to simplify global VAT compliance for multinational companies through powerful and user-centric software.

We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer to join our growing engineering team. This is a senior-level position with ownership over features and technical decisions. You will play a key role in designing, building, and scaling modern web applications used by multinational clients.

What You Will Do:

• Lead the development and maintenance of robust web applications using Java Spring Boot (backend) and Angular (frontend).
• Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to define and deliver high-impact features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, and provide thoughtful code reviews.
• Solve complex technical challenges from architecture through to deployment and monitoring.
• Drive improvements in engineering standards, tooling, and processes.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of technical excellence.

What We Are Looking For:

• At least 4 years of professional experience building fullstack applications using Java and Angular.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, scalable backend architecture, and modern front-end development practices.
• Proven ability to take ownership of projects and deliver high-quality results with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
• Interest in continuous learning and improving both individual and team performance.
• Bonus: Experience with Docker, CI/CD tools, or cloud-native environments.
