pb About the Role: /b /pp We are seeking a results-driven b Senior Digital Advertising Sales Manager /b to join our expanding international sales team in Madrid. This role is responsible for managing and growing relationships with key enterprise clients across Europe, with a focus on delivering impactful digital advertising solutions that drive long-term business value. /p pb Key Responsibilities: /b /pulli Own and grow strategic relationships with key advertising clients and agencies across Europe, particularly within Spain and Spanish-speaking markets. /lili Identify business opportunities and lead end-to-end sales processes from prospecting, pitch, negotiation, to campaign execution and renewal. /lili Act as the primary point of contact for top-tier clients, ensuring seamless communication, trust, and partnership growth. /lili Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, ad operations, and data teams to develop tailored advertising strategies. /lili Consistently meet or exceed quarterly revenue goals and key performance indicators. /lili Provide market feedback, client insights, and campaign performance analysis to inform strategy and product development. /lili Stay up to date with trends in digital media and industry innovations. /li /ul pb Required Qualifications: /b /pulli Minimum b5+ years /b of experience in digital advertising sales, account management, or business development—preferably in the b internet/media/tech /b industry. /lili Proven track record of managing large-scale clients and closing high-value advertising deals. /lili Deep understanding of digital ad products (e.g. display, video, native, programmatic, branded content, performance marketing). /lili Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative, client-first mindset. /lili Proficiency in b Spanish /b and b English /b (both written and spoken) is b required /b ; additional European languages are a plus. /lili Experience working in a multicultural, fast-paced international environment. /li /ul pb Preferred Qualifications: /b /pulli Experience in both branding and performance-based advertising. /lili Familiarity with ad tech platforms (e.g. Google Ads, DV360, Meta Ads, programmatic DSPs). /lili Previous experience working in or with clients from the b Iberian /b or b Latin American /b regions is a plus. /li /ul pb We Offer: /b /pulli A dynamic and international work environment based in one of Europe’s most vibrant cities. /lili Competitive base salary with performance-based commission. /lili Opportunities for professional growth within a rapidly expanding digital media organization. /lili Team-oriented culture with a focus on innovation and impact. /li /ul
