pstrongAbout the Role: /strong /ppWe are seeking a results-driven strongSenior Digital Advertising Sales Manager /strong to join our expanding international sales team in Madrid. This role is responsible for managing and growing relationships with key enterprise clients across Europe, with a focus on delivering impactful digital advertising solutions that drive long-term business value. /ppbr/ppstrongKey Responsibilities: /strong /pulliOwn and grow strategic relationships with key advertising clients and agencies across Europe, particularly within Spain and Spanish-speaking markets. /liliIdentify business opportunities and lead end-to-end sales processes from prospecting, pitch, negotiation, to campaign execution and renewal. /liliAct as the primary point of contact for top-tier clients, ensuring seamless communication, trust, and partnership growth. /liliCollaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, ad operations, and data teams to develop tailored advertising strategies. /liliConsistently meet or exceed quarterly revenue goals and key performance indicators. /liliProvide market feedback, client insights, and campaign performance analysis to inform strategy and product development. /liliStay up to date with trends in digital media and industry innovations. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongRequired Qualifications: /strong /pulliMinimum strong5+ years /strong of experience in digital advertising sales, account management, or business development—preferably in the stronginternet/media/tech /strong industry. /liliProven track record of managing large-scale clients and closing high-value advertising deals. /liliDeep understanding of digital ad products (e.g. display, video, native, programmatic, branded content, performance marketing). /liliStrong interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative, client-first mindset. /liliProficiency in strongSpanish /strong and strongEnglish /strong (both written and spoken) is strongrequired /strong; additional European languages are a plus. /liliExperience working in a multicultural, fast-paced international environment. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongPreferred Qualifications: /strong /pulliExperience in both branding and performance-based advertising. /liliFamiliarity with ad tech platforms (e.g. Google Ads, DV360, Meta Ads, programmatic DSPs). /liliPrevious experience working in or with clients from the strongIberian /strong or strongLatin American /strong regions is a plus. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongWe Offer: /strong /pulliA dynamic and international work environment based in one of Europe’s most vibrant cities. /liliCompetitive base salary with performance-based commission. /liliOpportunities for professional growth within a rapidly expanding digital media organization. /liliTeam-oriented culture with a focus on innovation and impact. /li /ul
