Justify main drivers for the variations reported to CO Regional. Carry out budget monitoring of department budgets with the rest of the team of managers, anticipate risks and opportunities and compensation measures. Act as a business partner, have close cross-departmental collaboration, get involved in local budget issues, make recommendations for decision-making, be a good communicator with non-finance people, challenge process improvements, promote FC/plan compliance Prepare and coordinate department activities and to report quarterly forecasts and annual plan to headquarters. Being able to justify deviations and give explanations (finish the reporting cycle) Manage, calculate, validate and report Plant Investments, including ROI calculations, presentation for approval at the Investment Committee. Cashflows and amortizations. Participation in workshops on future strategy, lead investment plan for 5 years, of all types of investment, efficiency, innovation, security, infrastructure with its corresponding impact on the results account (costs, ICPs). Lead global savings management, promote efficiencies improvements, cost reduction. Monitor and control planned savings.
