Apply now and discover the Satellite Office Candidate Experience – recognized as one of BEST among BPO companies worldwide.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Weekly AP payments review and approvalWeekly Accounts & Cashflow ReportRecords all service technician's timesheet hours in the systemAccounting Tasks - MonthlyChange GL period and user set up - open the monthAP accrualGIT accrualDepreciation and amortisation calculationFixed Asset managementEnsure all Invoicing is done for the periodEnsure all Transfer Orders and Job journals are completed for the periodPrepare and post month-end journalsPreform WIP calculationsPrepare and post warranty journalsBank reconciliationsAP and AR reconciliationsSend Industry & SG Payments proof to builders/customers as requiredAccounting Tasks - AnnuallyAssists where required with Stock take processPrepare Annual BudgetCalculate new labour rates and update in systemAssist with annual insurances renewal processPayroll annual reconciliationStatutory reportingIndustry Payments preparation and lodgmentSuperannuation preparation and lodgmentPayroll Tax preparation and lodgmentPrepare and lodge BASFBT calculation and lodgementCheck ATO portal to ensure all reporting requirements are metAnnual reconciliation of payroll taxAnnual workers com.
