Overview Senior Account Executive (Document Cloud) at Adobe. This role focuses on selling, growing, and renewing customers in Adobe’s Document Cloud corporate business and involves multichannel outreach, deal development, and pricing discussions to close deals. The position emphasizes articulating value to mid-level and executive stakeholders and growing customer adoption and spend with Adobe products.
What You'll Do Drive consistent pipeline generation via outbound activity, customer outreach, and contract follow-up
Qualify deals and negotiate contracts with a focus on solution selling and customer value
Articulate Document Cloud solutions and benefits to director-level and above decision-makers
Assist customers in migrating to the Enterprise version from older licensing programs
Grow customer usage and annual spend with Adobe
Accurately forecast and manage pipeline on a monthly and quarterly basis, maintaining reporting in CRM
What You Need To Succeed 5+ years of successful sales closing experience, preferably in B2B software
Consistent achievement of quota
Proven ability to apply value-based selling at all levels of customer engagement
Ability to accurately forecast opportunities
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
Prior experience with MS Office Suite and CRM solutions such as Salesforce.com
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Professional Attributes Technically adept, self-motivated, and results-driven
Ability to build and develop relationships with Adobe’s partner ecosystem
Focus on customer satisfaction with current and prospective clients
Comfortable engaging with C-level contacts within named accounts

Compensation and Notices Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $192,400 – $310,000 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
