As part of the Kudelski Security’s Managed Detection and Response department, your mission will be to help us provide the best services to our clients by managing and participating in deployment activities, continuous improvement of our detection capabilities and being involved in presales activities for our products and services.

Responsibilities
Your Responsibilities will be to:
- Oversee team’s activities and serve as escalation point when needed
- Organize team to provide a subject matter expert for other teams internally to help drive continuous improvements and new services implementations
- Continuously think on how to improve deliveries and design, create, adapt or tune processes and procedures
- Contribute to winning complex sales opportunities with customers and new businesses by providing support
- Managethe delivery of our products and servicestonewand existing customers andthen handingthe products and servicesover to Business practice owners
This role involves:
- Management of people’s activities and growth
- Be accountable to the collaboration between regional squads of MDR Engineering
- Understanding of the business and environment of our customers
- Frequent contacts with customers at both technical and managerial levels
- Internal transversal interactions with various groups (PMO, Sales, Detection Engineers, DevOps…)
Your aim is to play an active role in helping Kudelski Security to provide customers with the best experience through their journey into our Managed Detection and Response and ultimately make our customer’s lives more secure.
Requirements / Profile
You are:
- A true leader, able to identify success opportunities and empowering your team to reach them.
- Team-player who is willing to iterate on our internal processes to improve our team and service’s efficiency
- At ease with driving complex problems resolution
- Dynamic, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Autonomous, self-taught, and transparent
- Able to handle and prioritize parallel tasks for at individual or team scale with multiple interfaces
- Fluent in Spanish and English
You have:
- An engineering degree in technology / computer science or equivalent
- A good understanding of Corporate IT architectures
- Experience with one or more of the following technologies: EDR/NGAV, SIEM, Vulnerability Scanning, Managed Attacker Deception, OT/ICS
- Proven experience in a client facing role
- Proven experience in a people management role
- An in-depth understanding of information security industry forces and trends
- An excellent knowledge of the security product portfolio
These would be a plus:
- CISSP/CCSP/OSCP/CEH/ITIL and other general security certifications
- Technical certifications on vendors’ product
- French, German, any other languages are an asset
