What you will do as part of our team : You will collaborate in the study and analysis of competition through Rate Shopper. Preparation and analysis of daily reports : pick-up, occupancy, segmentation and study of pick-up evolution, average price differences, etc. Loading and updating of prices in online distribution channels. Extranet management : information, policies, offers, etc. Reports & reports : monitoring of the complex, auditors, etc. Collaboration with the Commercial Management on commercial sales strategies. Commercial work with the market managers of the websites, regular meetings, study of production, proposals for improvement, etc. Support for the reservations department during periods of high demand ( summer season). Content maintenance together with the Communication department of the website itself through the commercial content manager. Establish fruitful relationships that generate sales opportunities. Proactively build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings. Activities could include sales calls, entertainment, travel, trade shows, etc. Develop relationships within the community to strengthen and expand the customer base for sales opportunities. Manage and develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. Research and develop new business opportunities. Increase sales of each business opportunity to maximise revenue potential. Execute and support the operational aspects of the business ( proposal generation, contract drafting, customer correspondence). Understand the market as a whole : competitive strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, supply and demand, etc., and knows how to sell against them. Close the best opportunities for the location based on market conditions and location needs. Understands the location's primary target customer and their service expectations; serves the customer by understanding their business, their business problems and concerns, to provide a better business solution. Qualifications Driving licence and own vehicle Training related to the subject. Fluency in English (oral and written), a second language (a plus). One year experience as Sales Executive or two years in Sales & Marketing related positions. Knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications (preferred). Possess strong interpersonal and problem solving skills. Be highly responsible and reliable. Ability to work cohesively as part of a team. Ability to focus on customer needs while remaining calm and courteous.
