Open Position: Seasonal Sales Associate

Location: Formentera

Main Responsibilities:

• Achieving individual and team sales targets, taking responsibility for results.
• Providing customers with an exceptional brand experience, showcasing all product categories.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers to build loyalty.
• Maintaining visual merchandising standards in line with company guidelines.
• Supporting the team in warehouse operations and opening/closing procedures.
• Gaining in-depth knowledge of the brand and its products.

Ideal Profile:

• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Motivation and team spirit.
• Problem-solving and results orientation.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
• Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of a third language is a plus.
