He/She also provides support in order to ensure the good accounting situation and customer satisfaction in the area. /ppbr/ppThe non-limiting tasks of Sales Administration Logistics Intern include: /ppbr/pp- Process the orders from the beginning, from reception of the order, shipping, to customer invoicing /pp- Ensure a smooth and effective delivery tracking /pp- Follow the payment tracking with Finance team /pp- Resolve the disputes related to orders and / or deliveries manage damaged deliveries and input the credit note in the system /pp- Make a daily update in the common tracking tool /pp- Management of a close communication with the customers /pp- Develop dashboards and activity monitoring, sales data analysis, and customer reports /pp- Daily contact with the local platforms in Spain and other offices around Europe /ppbr/ppstrongCandidate profile /strong /ppbr/pp- Master's degree in Logistics and International Trade or similar qualifications /pp- Possibility of developing an internship agreement with an Spanish university of at least 3-6 months /pp- Interest in developing a successful experience in logistics and supply chain /pp- Languages: the person must be fluent in English and Spanish /pp- Experience from equal or similar positions would be highly appreciated /pp- Proficient in Excel /pp- Knowledge about SAP or similar ERPs would be highly appreciated /pp- Able to work under pressure and have an efficient communication with all TCL stakeholders /p
