pstrongJob Description /strong /ppThe successful candidate will be part of SIA’s Sales Team in Barcelona, Spain. As a Senior Sales Admin Executive, you will provide administrative and analytical support to the Sales team, ensuring effective management of agency and corporate contracts, incentive schemes, and performance data. This role is integral to driving revenue growth by delivering insightful performance analysis, managing fare filings, and aligning with cross-functional teams to optimize commercial outcomes. /ppbr/ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /pulliManage agency, TMC, and corporate contracts, ensuring accurate input of incentive schemes, preparation of agreements, verification of payments, and performance reviews with actionable insights. /liliProvide regular and ad-hoc performance reporting, including sales trends, revenue analysis, and incentive effectiveness, to support data-driven decision-making for sales and commercial planning. /liliEnsure timely and accurate fare filing, maintain IATA and corporate account codes, and manage ASW capping to prevent revenue leakage, while ensuring compliance with internal controls and external regulations. /liliWork closely with Sales Planning, Finance, and Account Managers to align on contract execution, fare filing, and performance tracking to ensure optimal performance and revenue generation. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongRequirements /strong /pulliMust have the right to work and live in Barcelona, Spain /liliPossess a Bachelor’s degree (any field). /lili5 years of experience in sales support, commercial operations, or an administrative role, preferably within the airline, travel, or transportation industry. /liliStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. /liliProficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau,) for reporting and analysis. /liliExperience with sales reporting tools (e.g., PARIS, Amadeus) would be advantageous. /liliStrong attention to detail and excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams. /liliAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongWhy Join Singapore Airlines? /strong /pp At Singapore Airlines, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment, providing opportunities for professional growth and development.
