Sales Account Manager – Dental
Location: Catalunya
Kinetica is proud to be partnered with a leading dental tech company who are rapidly growing at 300% YoY and are expanding in the Catalunya region, looking to hire a driven Sales Account Manager to identify new business opportunities, expand market presence and manage accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by prospecting daily to identify new business opportunities.
- developing and executing strategic sales plans to maximize revenue and market share within the assigned territory.
- Understanding the unique value proposition and educate dental offices on the company.
- Build and nurture relationships with key opinion leaders to drive product advocacy and brand awareness.
- Provide product education, training, and support to dental professionals, dental assistants, and office staff to ensure optimal utilization and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate and work in an multifunctional team, representing your customers with influence on internal teams.
- with internal teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to support sales initiatives, address customer needs, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Represent company at industry conferences, trade shows, and events to promote brand visibility, network with key stakeholders, and generate leads.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence using CRM tools and systems.
- Travel within the assigned territory as needed to meet with customers, attend meetings, and participate in events.
Requirements
- Proven track record in Dental or Medical device sales
- Ability to work in a fast paced start up environment and influence decision makers.
- Strong IT knowledge and interest in technology.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Driving licence and car
- Fluent in Spanish and with strong proficiency in English and Catalan.
- Up to 50% travel
