Reporting directly to the strongHead of Retail, South Europe /strong, the incumbent will focus on optimizing operational processes, ensuring compliance with company standards, and supporting the overall retail strategy. /ppbr/ppstrongResponsibilities /strong /pulliOversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency, service quality, and compliance with company policies /liliMonitor and manage inventory flow, stock replenishment, and loss prevention strategies /liliOptimize operational costs and support initiatives to improve store profitability /liliSupport store teams in implementing marketing campaigns, new product launches, and merchandising plans /liliAssist with recruiting, onboarding, and training store-level staff, ensuring alignment with brand standards /liliConduct regular store visits and operational audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement /liliResolve operational challenges, providing hands-on support to store teams as needed /liliWork closely with internal departments (e.g., Marketing, HR, Merchandising) to align store operations with business goals /liliAnalyze store performance metrics and propose data-driven improvements /liliEnsure compliance with health safety, labour regulations, and brand guidelines /li /ulpbr/ppstrongRequired Qualifications /strong /pulli4+ years of experience in retail operations, preferably in designer toys, lifestyle, fashion, or entertainment retail /liliStrong understanding of store operations, SOPs, and retail compliance /liliExperience in store recruitment, onboarding, and training /liliAbility to analyze store performance and improve operational efficiency /liliStrong problem-solving skills and hands-on approach to challenges /liliProficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools /liliStrong communication and teamwork skills /liliAdaptability to a fast-growing, high-energy retail environment /liliPermanent right to work in Spain without visa sponsorship /liliImmediately available or short notice period is highly preferred /li /ulpbr/ppstrongDesirable but Not Essential /strong /pulliExperience in licensed merchandise, designer product VM, or collectible toys /liliFamiliarity with the Spain retail market /liliProficiency in Mandarin or Chinese is a plus but not required /li /ul
