pJob Responsibilities /polliProcess sales, shopping guide and retail management data of Southwest European stores, conduct data cleaning, matching, mining and analysis, and deliver reports to support decision-making. /liliTransform raw data of global retail customers and upload it to the headquarters database. /liliDevelop reports focusing on core indicators for offline marketing strategy and planning. /liliSupport the application of retail management systems. /li /olpbr/ppJob Qualifications /polli2+ years of experience in data development and analysis within the retail industry. /liliProven experience in end-to-end data processes, including collection, cleaning and analytical modeling. /liliStrong ability in summarization, rigorous thinking and data sensitivity; coupled with a strong sense of responsibility, excellent cross-departmental communication and team collaboration skills. /li /olpbr/pp岗位职责: /pp1、处理西南欧门店销售、导购及零售管理数据，完成清洗、匹配、挖掘与分析，输出报告支撑决策； /pp2、转换全球零售客户原始数据，并上传到总部数据库； /pp3、负责线下营销战略与策划关注核心指标的报表开发工作； /pp4、协助零售管理系统应用。 /ppbr/pp任职资格: /pp1、2年以上零售行业数据开发及数据分析相关经验； /pp2、参与完整的数据采集、数据清洗、分析建模工作者； /pp3、善于总结，思维严谨，数据敏感度强；强责任心，良好的跨部门沟通能力和团队协作能力。 /p
