How will you make an impact?
• Lead and manage daily restaurant operations: Ensure the smooth running of the outlet, maintaining luxury standards in service, quality, and presentation at all times.
• Drive departmental performance: Take ownership of KPIs, revenue, cost control, guest satisfaction, and overall restaurant profitability.
• Develop revenue strategies: Maximize F&B sales through promotions, dining experiences, and upselling to increase average check and profitability.
• Plan and optimize resources: Ensure efficient workforce planning based on occupancy, forecasts, and operational needs.
• Manage budgets and inventories: Control stock levels, costs, wastage, and assets in line with financial objectives.
• Lead, train, and develop the team: Inspire Supervisors and operational staff, fostering a high-performance culture focused on accountability and results.
• Ensure regulatory compliance: Maintain full compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards.
• Oversee guest experience: Engage with guests, handle complaints effectively, and ensure exceptional service delivery at all times.
• Coordinate with other departments: Work closely with Kitchen, Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and F&B Leadership to ensure seamless operations.
• Manage feedback and continuous improvement: Monitor guest satisfaction and implement action plans when needed.
• Support activations and special events: Contribute to dining experiences, events, and lifestyle concepts that enhance the hotel's positioning and generate additional revenue.
Are you the person we are looking for?
• Degree in Hospitality or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in a similar role within hospitality or high-end restaurant environments.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Commercial mindset with solid knowledge of the F&B market.
• Analytical skills to manage KPIs, revenue, and cost control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Professional, solution-oriented, detail-driven, and able to perform under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
