pstrongJob Summary: /strong /ppbr/ppThe Regional Operations and Administration Coordinator – Eastern Europe is the central operational and administrative support figure for the region. They will be responsible for ensuring the smooth, efficient, and compliant running of regional operations, acting as the primary point of contact between the local team and corporate departments (HR, IT, Accounting, Marketing). /ppbr/ppstrongKey Responsibilities: /strong /pp1. Regional Administration and Accounting/Legal/Financial Processes. Manage and coordinate all key administrative processes in the region, including: /pulliCoordinating local banking procedures. /liliManaging office lease agreements and other services. /liliAcquiring and renewing mandatory insurance. /liliHandling local operating permits and business licenses. /liliFinancial Coordination: Act as the primary liaison with the corporate Accounting team to ensure accurate expense documentation and overall compliance with accounting processes. /li /ulpbr/pp2. Office and General Services Management: /pulliMaintenance and Order: Oversee general maintenance, supply inventory, and the orderliness of the regional office, ensuring a functional and professional work environment. /liliIT and Technology Management: Maintain the inventory of IT equipment (laptops, servers, network equipment). /liliMonitor the operational status of the internet connection and basic network infrastructure. /liliCoordinate technical support, maintenance, and hardware and software needs with the corporate IT team. /li /ulpbr/pp3. Human Resources and Culture Management /pulliEmployee Support: Ensure that all employees in the region have the necessary resources, equipment, and support for their job performance. /liliCulture and Team Building: Plan and execute team-building activities, events, and other initiatives to foster a positive and cohesive work culture in the region, coordinating with corporate HR. /liliPermission Management: Coordinate and ensure all necessary permissions and access for teams to conduct surveys and work at construction sites or client offices. /liliStaffing Support: Collect and manage CVs, coordinate initial interviews, and address other recruitment needs in the region with the corporate HR team. /li /ulpbr/pp4. Local Marketing and Branding /pulliBrand Support: Collaborate with the corporate Marketing department to ensure that the brand's presence, materials, and activities in the region align with global guidelines. /liliActivity Management: Coordinate logistics and administrative support for marketing events, trade shows, and local branding activities as required by the corporate strategy. /li /ulpbr/ppRequirements and Qualifications: /pulliProven experience in Administration, Office Management, or Operations Support roles, preferably in the technology or construction sector. /liliWorking knowledge of the administrative or financial regulations of key countries in Eastern Europe. /liliProficiency in the relevant local language and fluency in English. /liliIntermediate/advanced level of French. /liliTime management skills. /liliAttention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities. /li /ulpbr/ppThe modality is hybrid in the offices of Hexagon's Geosystems division Multivista. /ppbr/ppWe are an equal opportunity employer.
