You will be working in a truly international team, collaborating with demand functions from our production sites all around the world, and cross-collaborate with local teams and stakeholders. You will report to the Head of S&OP and Supply Planning, who is partially based in Denmark. The position itself can be placed in one of our sites, either Denmark, France, Spain, or Italy. About the position The key objective is to plan and execute the monthly demand planning process, at the regional/market level, together with all cross functions involved for each market, to ensure sales management review and sign off on the demand plan. Further, this role supports the quarterly product review process as well as the weekly Sales and Operations Execution (S&OE) process and monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process. Further duties and responsibilities Execute the defined monthly Demand Planning process Analyze the sales history and define the baseline forecast Review, analyze, gather, and challenge the forecast with commercial sales team Drive the monthly Demand Review meeting & align for the monthly sign off volume Support sales in the Budgeting/ Estimate Process by populating and consolidate the budget Review and follow up with global team on major Salesforce projects in APAC region Analyze the financial impact of the demand plan and gap vs. Budget (volume, revenue, gross profit) and initiate discussions to close this gap with Sales & Product Management Ensure communication of all relevant demand information to the supply chain and CS as appropriate. Ensure appropriate metrics (eg Forecast Accuracy, BIAS) and reports are published Collaborate with the global SC Planning Team to develop planning solutions that improve Oterra´s performance and service levels and meet the customer’s needs. Who are we looking for? You have an academic background in SC management or related education, and you have thorough experience with Supply Chain and demand planning from an international organization. We expect you to be a strong people person and a good communicator. Furthermore you have: Excellent communication skills, effective interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with personnel at all organizational levels. SAP knowledge requested in the area of IBP, SD, and MM Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills Ability to evaluate and mitigate risks in the planning process Skills in leading change in a matrix organization Sound business understanding and use of factual data and analysis in decision making Motivation to work in a developing organization where prioritization is key Fluency in English, oral and written A self-driven with a strong continuous improvement mindset Additional certification is appreciated (APICS, IBF) What can we offer?
