We are expanding our HR team and looking for a Recruiter to support our company's growth. This role involves working with internal stakeholders across all functions, primarily Commercial, IT, Technical Support, Finance, and others.


This year, the focus will be on attracting top talent for Business Development Manager and Account Manager B2B positions. We are actively growing our commercial team and strengthening our expertise by hiring experienced professionals from the telecom sector. In this role, you will not only be responsible for filling key positions but also have a direct impact on business growth by bringing top specialists on board.


About us: we are a group of companies specialising in software development for the telecom industry and operating as a niche telecom provider. We offer voice and messaging traffic transit services to the B2B segment in the international market.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment for various roles in partnership with hiring managers
  • Developing a strong understanding of the business and assessing talent needs across teams
  • Writing clear and engaging job descriptions
  • Building and expanding talent pipelines through diverse sourcing channels
  • Researching the telecom market, tracking industry trends, and analysing salary benchmarks to ensure competitive offers
  • Conducting in-depth candidate assessments and advising hiring managers on selection
  • Keeping ATS records accurate and up to date
  • Proactively identifying strong candidates who could add value to the company, even without an open role
  • Supporting the onboarding of new hires
  • Contributing to HR projects (optional)


What we expect:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, managing the full-cycle recruitment process in international companies
  • Ability to independently handle the entire hiring process from initiation to onboarding
  • Strong collaboration skills with business leaders to deeply understand their hiring needs
  • Knowledge of current recruitment trends and best practices
  • Proactive approach to sourcing and the ability to leverage creative, non-traditional methods to attract candidates
  • English proficiency at a level sufficient for conducting interviews and writing engaging job descriptions (B2 or higher)


Will be a plus:

  • Understanding of the telecom industry
  • Experience managing the onboarding process for new hires
