Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Reception-Reservations Manager at Neptuno Hotel Spa in Calella. The Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of the front desk and reservations department, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient booking processes. Qualifications Reservations and Customer Service skills Effective Communication and Sales abilities Training experience in the hospitality industry Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Experience with hotel management software is a plus Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial working conditions:annual fixed contractsalary: €28,000
